Vivaturf’s football turf is built around a three-layer collaborative structure:
(1) Micro-Level Fiber Comfort & Response
The surface layer features a 7:3 hybrid fiber system:
- 70% high-modulus straight fibers
Provide structural support and efficient energy transfer during sprinting, acceleration, and shooting. This helps maintain stable footing without excessive deformation. - 30% high-resilience curled fibers
Deliver cushioning and elastic recovery, improving comfort during landing and enhancing ball control feel.
This combination creates a surface that may offer a more natural underfoot sensation compared to single-material systems, while maintaining structural integrity under repeated use.
(2) Macro-Level Shock Distribution Layer
Below the fiber layer, a closed-cell PE shockpad is engineered to distribute forces:
- Acts as a macro cushioning system to absorb impact
- Spreads load across a wider surface area
- Helps reduce localized stress on joints
- Maintains consistent response across the pitch
This layer contributes to both player safety and performance stability, especially during high-intensity actions such as cutting, stopping, and jumping.
(3) Clean, Infill-Free Surface Structure
Unlike traditional systems, Vivaturf eliminates loose infill materials entirely:
- No rubber or sand particles sticking to boots or clothing
- Reduced airborne dust during play
- More consistent surface profile without particle displacement
- Improved hygiene, particularly in indoor or enclosed facilities
This clean structure supports a more controlled and predictable playing environment.
