One of the most common “invisible” failures in artificial grass is thermal expansion and contraction. In desert or high-altitude regions, surface temperatures can fluctuate by 40°C between day and night. Poorly engineered turf will shrink, leading to gap openings at the seams or “buckling” (waves) on the surface.

The inclusion of the “Mesh Net” is crucial—it acts like rebar in concrete, providing the tensile strength needed to keep the turf dimensionally stable even when the polymer fibers soften under the sun.

• Locked-in Tufting: Our high-precision tufting process ensures that each fiber is locked into the backing with a high “tuft withdrawal force.” This prevents the “patchy” look that occurs when fibers are pulled out due to thermal stress.
